Is one more Fraser Valley BC habitat to be sacrificed to a Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain anomaly dig?

April 2016 Notice posted on NEB Trans Mountain ULC Operation and Maintenance Activities page. “Fish and Wildlife Timing: Suitable habitat for Oregon Forestsnail occurs within the TMPL ROW.  A sweep of the ROW will be conducted by a QEP and specimens will be relocated to suitable habitat alongside the ROW outside of the construction area.”**

Fraser River Watershed at risk          900 BC watercourses at risk

Will this result in the same Oregon Forestsnail habitat destruction that is  still the case at McCallum Brook?
